We're not going to waste time intro'ing this, it's just a girls version of an existing sports blog. And by all means if you have something relevant to add, comment away.

Lakers vs. Pacers

A word before the game:
The Chargers brought it home tonight, time for the Lakers to handle business. It's raining in southern California which is not really our favorite but it's good to be at home in the warmth. Lamar is back, is this a good thing? Watching Stu get smacked into is kind of hilarious, do it again? YES! Now if Sasha can sink balls with that consistency tonight, we'll be good! Also, a side note to our BFF who lives in Indiana... bring.it.on.

Tip Off
Kobe, Derek,Lamar, Luke, Andrew - and it seems like the other team ALWAYS controls the tip off.

1st Quarter
10:35 So Kobe is gonna have one of those nights huh?

8:42 The bench is still standing as Indiana gets to 9.

7:55 Wow. Just wow. That's kinda far into the quarter.

6:56 "I AM THE COACH! I WILL YELL!"

6:22 Lamar and Andrew... good times.

6:10 A pair of T's for the Pacers... and Dunleavy = 3 (years old). Save the jumping up and down for the playground?

5:03 Once, twice, three times the Andrew!

4:33 Finally we're waking up... except for Luke.

2:46 Luke, FINALLY!

1:30 That would have been a sweet one for The Trev.

1:16 No, you may not take our Kobe with you.

43.1 Somebody did something on the floor, but more importantly Ronny is warming up early tonight.

33-23 Los Angeles

2nd Quarter
Coach O talks a lot.

9:42 Oh shit... time for the J & J show!

8:08 Let's try a new concept called Not Reaching.

Maybe we just missed it but what the hell did Turiaf even do for that T?

4:28 I can hear the refs yelling... nevertheless, there's no reason to hold when Luke still has the ball out of bounds.

4:12 Walton for the steal... but we didn't do anything about it.

3:30 Shirtwatch: Lamar Odom.

3:14 Pimp down!

1:46 Wonder if Andrew gets a bad case of deja vu on nights like tonight?

27.1 OOOOH! Luke Walton - we're amazed every time he makes a difference.

55-53 Still the Lakers

Half Time
Not too shabby so far, but if we can manage to spank the Pacers it'll help the Chargers with some state pride going into next week, so let's get it done, okay? Also it will make me sleep better. Indiana BFF is confused by this blog - there are two different people writing typing out the verbal comments we make during the game; it has no relevance to anything other than we felt like blogging.

3rd Quarter
9:24 OH SHIT. Watch your eyes Luke. Watch your eyes (staring down the ref won't do you any good tonight).

7:28
Lamar: Here Luke, your turn.
Luke: It's okay Lamar you can have it.
Lamar: Are you sure buddy?
Luke: Yeah, go for it, go team!
Lamar: Okay, go team!

5:17 We like where this game is headed.

Did Lamar just take and make a 3?

0.0 Jordan just notched an Almost!

Something - Something Else Lakers. We forgot to remember.

4th Quarter
11:06 NO PUSHING OUR JORDAN!

9:34 You can't handle The Critt.

Speaking of good commercials, the "Change" commercial from Southwest Airlines? Brilliant.

7:23 Oh dear...

That was a painful look on Kurt's face. Painful.

4:44 The starters seem to be cleaning it up nicely.

4:19 No way was Derek missing that one!

Oh no Luke - must make 2 free throws... must make 2... nevermind.

2:52 Derek pretty much just decide this shit for us.

1:48 Yay Coby!

53.7 TACOS for sure.

Thank you Luke. Thank you!

112 - 96

Final Comments
All starters in doubles. Good times on a Sunday night.

The Yay award of the night: Coby Karl. We like seeing him play even though it's garbage time.

The Do It Well award of the night: Andrew Bynum. We just love watching him play, and that new J.Lo song seems fitting.

The 10 Games award: The Lakers for being 10 games over .500!

Our player of the night: Luke Walton. When we talk trash on him, he goes out and proves us wrong. Well, if that's what we have to do for him to get it done, then we'll just keep on. But seriously though, 7 assists means he's on his way back to his "known for".
